Tree Trails is a high ropes obstacle course which will test you in unexpected ways. It’s physical, it’s mental, it’s fun.
The Tree Trails High Ropes Course at Sugar Rush Park is ready and waiting for you to have a novel and fun experience.
The Tree Trails course is designed to provide a fun yet challenging experience for adventurers of (almost!) all ages. You can wind your way through the trees while discovering a variety of obstacles that keep your mind engaged and your muscles firing. If you are up for a fun challenge we have designed a route that provides a rewarding experience. However, if you are up for a tough challenge then continue on the course to tackle the more physically demanding obstacles. The Trails end with a fun Zipline to the finish.
Depending on your ability the trail will take you anywhere between one and Tree *(;-)) hours, including a briefing and training session.
IDEAL VENUE FOR GROUPS
The Tree Trails Obstacle Course offers a fun and exciting challenge. Family, friends and colleagues can spend quality time together, improving physical ability and resilience without even realising it. Friendships may grow or ‘dissolve’ as people face the challenges, holla, curse, laugh and encourage each other along the way.
Tree Tails is an ideal venue for Team Building, Parties, School Groups/Classes, Corporate Challenges, Relationship Building or a group of friends.
Please enquire about group rates. Deposits will be required to confirm any group booking.
SAFETY
We at Tree Trails want all of our adventurers to have an epic time on our course, and to do so, some simple safety systems and procedures have to be followed to ensure everyone has a great experience.
All adventurers will be equipped with a fitted climbing harness that has lanyards and snap hooks attached. Training on how to safely negotiate the trail will be done before starting the course. Adventurers will be responsible for their own safety and will be required to sign an indemnity before beginning.
Our operations are weather dependant. Strong winds and storms that are hazardous may result in unexpected closure of the course. Bookings may need to be deferred or reimbursed at the branch *(;-)) managers discretion
COMFORT
Closed shoes are a must.
Please note skirts and dresses are not suitable attire, we require all adventurers to wear shorts or pants.
Long hair will need to be tied back. There is a zipline and long hair can easily get caught in ropes etc…
Gloves will be available for sale. Keep these and use again on your next visit. They are optional but highly advisable if doing the full course.
AGES
We have an age limit of 8 years old. Younger adventurers will need to be accompanied by a parent or responsible guardian while on the course.
Trained guides will be patrolling the course at all times, and available to assist anyone needing some coaching or encouragement. All guides are there to help and check safety measures are being adhered to while adventurers are exploring the tree tops.
Guides are trained to safely get anyone off the course anywhere along the route if required.

PRICING
Currently our course rate is R250 per Adventurer.
Gloves if you choose are R30 a pair, these you keep.
